ONLY A FEW PEOPLE THINK WE SUCK!

All 3 stores open until 8 today!  Hot dog pies rolling through the weekend!  Please don’t blow your fingers off - you need them to eat pizza. OUR DUMBEST (BUT STILL DELICIOUS) YEARLY TRADITION IS BACK!

Since the 4th is a Friday this year, we decided to run them all week at all 3 stores - starting right now!

Ballpark - cheese blend, ballpark mustard, beef dogs, and ketchup New semi-secret Brunch Pie??? Sure, why not…

The Sausage and Peppers Brunch Pie will be available at all stores probably forever - you’ll just have to ask for it. ***During brunch hours of course - Saturday and Sunday 9-12 at all three NEW NICK’S PICK!

Well actually a new version of one of the oldest Nick’s Pick pies:  THE CHEESESTEAK

This has been one of the favorites since 2019, and now that we’ve added the absurdly delicious sweet peppers to the mix, it&rsquo According to Facebook I guess we’re no longer labeled the best pizza in Brunswick… Those few people who think we suck must be throwing some labels around apparently. 

But anyway, have you tried the new pies we added to the menu yet???

Long overdue, but we finally added a FAQ section to the website.  These are all the big ones, which come up at least weekly.

There’s a reason for why we do every single thing the way we do, so we wanted to at least give a brief description of This is my dad, Kyle, in his 1 of 1 Ohio Pie polo I gave him when he became our official egg man (he still makes all of the scrambled eggs in Brunswick every weekend for brunch pies - 120 dozen this weekend) and errand runner. The Parma Party!  Cheese blend, potato and cheese pierogi filling, kielbasa, and comes with sour cream and applesauce on the side (we just dressed it for the pic). 

Medium only, As of June 1st we officially passed over 1 million pizzas served!  I wouldn’t have ever guessed this was possible (especially this soon) in my wildest dreams.

That is a truly insane amount of trust and enthusiasm from hundreds of thousands of Now that the dust has settled and we’ve had a few days to breathe on our most insane opening yet, I just wanted to put it into perspective for everyone exactly how insane it was:

The very first week of the Parma shop broke our all-time record Here’s a little throwback to the only money we’ve ever actually spent on marketing, and it was basically just a joke to amuse myself.  The joke is now also a permanent part of the Parma store.

We always try our best to make every single PARMA IS SOLD OUT AGAIN! (and it probably won’t be the last time…) 

IMPORTANT PARMA INFO GOING FORWARD:

First of all, we cannot thank you enough for this absolutely insane welcome.  We’ve experienced a lot, but never anything lik FRIDAY/GENERAL STUFF!

Current Nick’s Pick - the Fancy Pep and Sausage and Peppers.  We added pizzas to the menu for the first time in over 6 years and we want you to try them.

Parma wait times will be pretty long (likely hour+ during peak din A couple spots to fill currently (Parma is the focus at the moment)! Potentially full time / part time / even a shift or two on the weekend for some extra cash.

Parma (and Brunswick and Rocky River) are running full normal hours this week.  We’re gonna try our best to not sell out any days, but that just depends how much pizza PARMA STUFF!

It has been an absolutely wild, but incredibly fun first two days.  We can’t thank everyone enough for the warmest possible welcome.  Now some info to keep things running as smooth as possible:

You guys absolutely rocked us all day.  This city and the people are the absolute best - we cannot thank you enough.

Sorry we got wiped out so early, but you kinda did it to yourselves… Back tomorrow at 9:00 for more chaos Sorry we didn’t tell you we opened, and also sorry we’re sold out… We just turned the light on at 11:00 and started answering the phones, and thought it might be a nice ease into the weekend…

Apparently word gets around Par Sauce on top always.  It’s just better that way.  Like everything we do, there’s reasoning behind it - flavor balance: instead of having to chew to get to the sweetness and acidity of the tomato, it’s right there to balance out all Not yet, but soon-ish.  We’re finally done jumping through all of the hoops with the city, just a few more little repairs, some training, and dialing everything in to make sure we’re ready for whatever you throw at us.
